Global Terms of Service
Welcome to PipoHost. These terms govern your access to our global cloud infrastructure. By deploying resources on PipoHost, you agree to these international standards.
1. Global Infrastructure Provisioning
PipoHost provides a managed abstraction layer over Google Cloud Platform (GCP). All hardware resources are provisioned within GCP's Tier-1 data centers globally. Users benefit from the underlying security and performance of the Google Global Network.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Services must not be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: distribution of malware, hosting unlicensed copyrighted content, DDoS orchestration, or sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM). PipoHost reserves the right to suspend any instance violating these norms immediately.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We target a 99.9% monthly uptime. Maintenance windows are communicated 24 hours in advance. Compensation for downtime exceeding the SLA is provided as service credits at the sole discretion of PipoHost.
4. Automated Billing & Payouts
All subscriptions are recurring. Automated billing is handled through secure global gateways. PipoHost manages the pass-through of infrastructure costs to providers while maintaining a service fee for management and elite support.
5. Data Security & Backups
While we provide automated snapshots, the ultimate responsibility for data backups remains with the user. PipoHost is not liable for data loss due to user misconfiguration or software-level vulnerabilities.
Compliance & Integrity
By utilizing our automated cloud bridge, you agree to uphold the security standards of the Google Global Network. PipoHost reserves the right to enforce these terms to protect our global infrastructure.
